Candle care
On the first burn, let it burn about 4 hours, until the melted wax reaches the edge. This prevents tunneling. Trim the wick to 1/4" before each burn, keep it away from drafts, and dip the wick to put it out.

Customer Reviews
I picked up my first Kalamazoo candle at a local hardware store. The wicks were too short and I had trouble keeping the candle lit. I sent an email to customer service and ended up hearing directly from the owner. Really nice guy who made it more than right and happens to be from where I live. That's the type of customer service that makes you stick with a brand. Well done.
Thanks so mcuh for reaching out to Adam!! We are so glad that we get your issues resolved. We appreciate having you as a customer.
Absolutely LOVE the smell of this candle! It captures a beautiful, crisp Fall day perfectly! Fall has always and will always be my favorite time of year... so I love having a candle that brings me right back to fall every time I light it, no matter what time of year it is! So if your as obsessed with Fall as I am, then you should definitely give this candle a try!
Candle wicks are thin for the tin, not able to burn candle, leaving 1/3 left in tin. I prefer the classic jar. The scent is crisp as the name implies.
