Where do you ship?

Everywhere. We use UPS for all shipments so whether shipping domestic or international your order will get there fast.

How long will it take to reveive my order?

This depends on whether it is an International or a Domestic order. All orders within the U.S. are considered domestic orders and they are shipped and delivered within 2-5 business days. Please see International Orders for more details.

Are your candles really 100% soy?

Yes! Unlike many other candles that say they're "Soy" or "Soy blend" our candles are actually 100% soy wax made from soybeans grown inthe Midwest.

Will your candles give me a headache?

We're asked this a lot and are sorry to hear that other candles affect you this way. We don't use any nasty chemicals like a lot of other places and have been told by many customers that our candles are the only ones they've tried that don't give them a headache. But, if you try out our candles and you don't like them just let us know and we'll give you a refund.

Do you offer in-store pickup?

Yes! If you live near any of our retail locations you'll see a pickup option at checkout. Those are usually ready pretty quick but may take up to 24 hours. You'll get an email when the order is ready to pickup.

How long do your candles last?

"Forever"...at least that's what some customers say. We know a lot of candles out there (even some larger well known ones) are actually designed to burn faster so you think you're getting a deal, but not really. All of our candles are designed to last a REALLY long time.

Our 9oz candles last 55-70 hours, that's longer than most candles 2x its size you might typically find at a big box store.

Where are your candles made?

All of our candles are crafted by hand in Kalamazoo, MI by a dedicated team of candle makers.
