Questions, answered
How long does it take?
About 3 weeks after your fragrance and order details are approved. Send your artwork early: labels take about a week to arrive from our printer.
How much do custom label candles cost?
It depends on the container and quantity, and the per-candle price drops as quantity goes up. Request a quote and we’ll send exact pricing.
Can I design the label myself?
Yes, and it’s free if your file is print-ready. Send PDF, PNG, AI or JPEG at 300 DPI (under 40 MB) in CMYK with a 1/8" bleed and 1/8" safe zone. Or we’ll design it for a $100 fee.
Can you print photos on labels?
Absolutely — photos make wonderful wedding favors and memorial gifts.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes: 24 Classic Tins (5 oz), 24 Classic Jars (10 oz) or 100 votives, per fragrance. Full payment is due before we start.
